# Branded email for your Proxmox customers

NexoVirt sends transactional email to your customers when something happens: welcome, password reset, server created with its IP, plan suspended, resumed or about to expire. Mail goes out over your own SMTP with your logo, and every template is editable with a live preview.

## What it does

Branded mail over your own SMTP, with editable templates and a live preview.

- ### Your branding

Logo, company name, header and footer. The SMTP password is encrypted at rest.
- ### Editable templates

Subject and body per event, a side-by-side live preview and clickable variables. No redeploy to change a word.
- ### A reliable outbox

Mail is queued and sent by a worker every minute. If mail is off or misconfigured, the action that queued it still succeeds.

## Why not just use the Proxmox web UI?

Proxmox VE runs the virtualization. NexoVirt adds the layer around it. Email & branding, task by task:

## How to use it

Up and running in 3 steps, all in the panel.

1. Set up SMTP and branding in Settings, Email.
2. Edit any template with the live preview and variable chips.
3. The outbox worker delivers queued mail every minute.
