# Proxmox VM and container management across all hosts

NexoVirt lists every QEMU VM and LXC container from all your Proxmox hosts in one searchable table, with OS, IP, cores, RAM and disk in each row. From there you create, reinstall, power and open a console, one guest at a time or in bulk.

## What it does

Every VM and container across all hosts in one searchable list with bulk actions.

- ### One list, every host

OS, host, node, status, IP, cores, memory and storage for every guest, searchable, sortable and filterable.
- ### A create wizard in six steps

Placement (automatic or a chosen node), size (a plan or custom), OS template, network (DHCP or a static IP from a zone), access (root password and SSH keys) and a final overview.
- ### Actions that return instantly

Create, reinstall, delete and power actions are queued. The guest shows its new status right away while a worker runs the Proxmox call.
- ### Bulk actions

Select guests on any host and start, reboot, shut down or stop them in parallel from one bar.

## Why not just use the Proxmox web UI?

Proxmox VE runs the virtualization. NexoVirt adds the layer around it. Guest management, task by task:

| Task | Proxmox web UI | NexoVirt |
|---|---|---|
| Find a guest by its IP | Open guests one by one | Search the IP column across all hosts |
| Create a VM from a cloud image | Clone a template VM, then edit hardware and cloud-init | One wizard: placement, size, OS, network, access |
| Restart many guests | Bulk action per node | Select rows on any host, one bulk bar |

## How to use it

Up and running in 4 steps, all in the panel.

1. Open Guests to see everything you run across all hosts.
2. Click Create and walk the wizard: placement, resources, OS, network, access.
3. Use the per-row Console, Start, Reboot and Stop buttons, or select rows for bulk actions.
4. Click a guest name to open its full control panel.

## Guest management FAQ

Can I manage VMs on several standalone Proxmox hosts in one list?Yes. Every host you add contributes its guests to the same list, and the Host and Node columns show where each guest runs.

Does NexoVirt handle LXC containers as well as VMs?Yes. QEMU VMs and LXC containers share the list, the create wizard, power actions and the console. Containers are built from Proxmox CT templates, VMs from cloud-init OS templates.
