# Stripe, PayPal and VAT invoices for your Proxmox VPS shop

NexoVirt connects the shop to Stripe and PayPal, so customers pay by themselves. Per plan you choose a recurring subscription, a prepaid balance or both, the customer pays on the gateway's own checkout page, and every payment gets an invoice with the right VAT for the customer's country.

## What it does

Stripe and PayPal checkout, invoices with VAT and coupons.

- ### Stripe and PayPal together

Enable one or both gateways with their keys, and customers pick one at checkout.
- ### Subscription or prepaid

A global default with an override per plan: recurring payment, prepaid balance, or the customer's choice.
- ### No card data in your panel

Payment always happens on Stripe Checkout or PayPal's own page.
- ### Paid means confirmed

A server or an upgrade is delivered only after the gateway confirmed the payment, never because a browser came back.
- ### Plans in sync

Each sellable plan gets its gateway product and price, and "Sync now" refreshes them.
- ### Invoices with the right VAT

One invoice per payment as a PDF: domestic VAT, EU OSS, reverse charge with a VIES check of the VAT ID, outside the EU or small business. Refunds get a credit note.
- ### Coupons

A percentage or a fixed amount off the first payment, with a use limit, a last day and the products it applies to.
- ### Exports for your accountant

Invoices per month as CSV or ZIP, payments as CSV, plus an API endpoint and webhooks. Refunds and disputes in the gateway come back to the balance.

## How to use it

Up and running in 3 steps, all in the panel.

1. Add your Stripe or PayPal keys in Settings, Shop, Payment gateways and copy the webhook URL.
2. Choose subscription, prepaid or both, globally or per plan.
3. Customers pay at checkout or top up their balance in the portal.

## Payments & invoices FAQ

Does NexoVirt create invoices?Yes, when you turn invoices on: one numbered invoice per payment, with your company details, the customer's billing address and the VAT rule for their country. Customers download them in the portal.

Can I keep WHMCS or another billing system?Yes. The shop is optional. Your billing system can keep the money side and create servers through the REST API instead.
