Top up from your billing system through the API or by hand.\n- ### Order in the portal\n\nCustomers pick a plan you show in the shop. Placement is automatic and the server is theirs the moment it is created.\n- ### Renewal on its own\n\nAuto-renew pays the next period from the balance. A low balance gets an email, an unpaid server is suspended and resumes once the balance is topped up.\n- ### Plan upgrades\n\nCustomers move to a bigger plan and pay the pro-rata difference.
