What it does

Your branding

Upload a logo and set company name, header and footer; the SMTP password is encrypted at rest.

Editable templates

Per-event subject and body with a 50/50 live preview and clickable variable chips — no redeploy to change wording.

Reliable outbox

Mail goes through a notifications outbox flushed by a worker; if mail is off or misconfigured it never breaks the action that queued it.

How to use it

Up and running in a few steps.

  • Configure SMTP and branding under Settings → Email.
  • Edit any event template with the live preview and variable chips.
  • The outbox worker delivers queued mail every minute.

Rule-based alerts via inbox, email and webhooks — incl. Discord & Google Chat.
