This right applies only to consumers (§ 13 BGB). Businesses have no right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bjarne Arik Fomferra, Nucez Software, Im Windfeld 36, 32130 Enger, Germany, email: hello@nexovirt.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the form below or the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The license is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have started delivering it (by providing the license), if you have expressly agreed at checkout that we start before the end of the withdrawal period, and have confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by this consent, and we have sent you a confirmation of the contract.
