Roles & a customer portal
Admins manage everything; customers get a slim portal with only their own servers — every portal read and action re-checks ownership server-side.
TOTP two-factor
Opt-in TOTP 2FA with single-use recovery codes, for both admins and customers; the login challenge is role-agnostic and the secret is encrypted at rest.
Impersonation
Admins can “log in as” a customer through a genuine customer session, so the same ownership checks apply — with a persistent banner and an audit trail.
Global audit log
Logins, impersonation, host and user changes, and 2FA events are recorded to a filterable audit log.
