A status page for your hosting customers, with uptime and incidents

The status page tells customers whether your locations are up before they open a ticket. It shows each node under the public name you give it, 90 days of uptime bars, and the maintenance and incident notices you publish, in the customer portal and, if you want, as a public page, an embed or a badge.

Status page in the NexoVirt panel

What it does

Uptime, maintenance and incidents per location, in the portal or on your website.

  • Public names only

You pick the nodes to show and the name for each, such as Frankfurt 1. Internal node names never show.

  • 90 days of uptime

A bar per day from the panel's own node samples. Time when the panel collected nothing does not count against a node.

  • Maintenance and incidents

Publish a notice now or for later. An open incident or maintenance shows as a banner on every portal page until you resolve it.

  • State right now

Operational, maintenance when the host is in maintenance mode, outage when the node is offline or unreachable.

  • Public page, embed, badge

An optional public page on your panel, an embed for your website for the origins you allow, and a badge with your brand name.

  • Or your own status service

Point the portal to an external status page instead, by link or with its embed code.

How to use it

Up and running in 3 steps, all in the panel.

  1. Open Customer portal, Status page and switch on the nodes to show, each with a public name.

  2. Publish maintenance and incident notices there when something is planned or happening.

  3. Optionally turn on the public page, the embed or the badge for your website.

Status page FAQ

Do customers see my internal node names?

No. Only the nodes you switch on show, each under the public name you give it.

Can I show the status page on my website?

Yes. Turn on the public page, embed it on the origins you allow, or show the badge. The page also works without the customer portal switch.

I already use a status service. Can I keep it?

Yes. Set the source to your own URL, as a link or with the embed code of that service.
