The Proxmox VPS hosting panel built for resellers and small hosts

NexoVirt is a self-hosted Proxmox VPS hosting panel that lets you provision, manage and assign VPS to customers, so you can run your own Proxmox VPS hosting without writing your own tooling or exposing the Proxmox UI.

To be clear: this is software to run a VPS hosting business on Proxmox — not a place to rent a VPS.

Everything you need to run Proxmox VPS hosting

Plans, IPAM, customer isolation, async provisioning and a clean API, all in one self-hosted panel.

Plans with automatic enforcement

Define plans with cores, RAM, disk, monthly traffic limit, runtime and a grace period. NexoVirt suspends guests on expiry or over-traffic and auto-deletes after grace, only ever affecting plan-assigned guests.

IPv4 & IPv6 zones with automatic allocation

Create IP zones from any CIDR. Assign a static IP at provision time or fall back to DHCP: the panel injects the correct ipconfig0 into cloud-init automatically. Network discovery populates zones from your existing bridges.

Isolated customer portal

Customers see only their own guests: enforced server-side on every request. They can start, stop, reboot, open an in-browser console, manage SSH keys, and enable TOTP 2FA, without ever seeing the Proxmox UI.

In-browser console: no client needed

An xterm.js serial terminal with a noVNC graphical fallback. LXC containers and QEMU VMs with a serial port open a crisp terminal directly in the browser. The PVE auth cookie never reaches the customer's browser.

Async provisioning with instant feedback

Create, reinstall and delete operations are queued and executed in the background. The panel writes an optimistic guest status immediately so the UI reflects the intent while Proxmox does the work, no hanging HTTP requests.

Clean REST API for automation

A consistent {success, data, error} envelope with bearer-token auth and in-panel docs. Wire WHMCS or your own billing scripts to provision guests, assign plans and manage customers. NexoVirt handles the Proxmox side.

White-label ready: your brand, your domain

Upload your logo and set your company name once. Every email NexoVirt sends, welcome, server created, plan expiry warning, uses your branding and your SMTP relay. Customers see your panel, not NexoVirt's.

Run the panel on your own domain. Because NexoVirt is entirely self-hosted, the URL, the SSL certificate, and the server it runs on are all yours. There is no NexoVirt watermark on the customer portal.

Email templates are editable per event, subject, body and a live preview, with variable chips for guest name, IP, credentials and more. Delivered via your own SMTP, with an outbox queue so a temporary mail failure does not block provisioning.

No per-VM licensing: you run the panel yourself

NexoVirt is a self-hosted panel, not a SaaS. You install it once on any server with PHP, point it at your Proxmox nodes, and pay nothing per guest you provision. Your margin scales with your infrastructure, not with a per-VM fee.

One thing to be upfront about: built-in customer billing, invoices, payments, and a native WHMCS module, is on the roadmap but not yet shipped. Today, the REST API is the integration point: your billing system calls NexoVirt to provision, assign plans and trigger enforcement, while handling payments on its own side.

If you are evaluating billing integration, get started free and share your requirements. Users have direct input into what gets built next.

Built on top of Proxmox VE: not instead of it

NexoVirt is a management layer, not a hypervisor. Proxmox VE still runs the VMs and containers; NexoVirt talks to it over the PVE REST API and adds customer isolation, plan enforcement, IPAM, metrics and a clean control surface on top.

A lightweight discovery agent SSHes into your existing nodes, no reinstall, no downtime. Your pre-existing guests, storage and network configuration are imported as-is. The panel adopts your infrastructure; it does not replace it.

Proxmox VE itself remains fully accessible if you need it. NexoVirt does not lock you out of the native UI. The two coexist. Pre-existing and manually managed guests are never touched by plan enforcement.
