A VPS control panel for your own servers

NexoVirt is a self-hosted VPS control panel for KVM virtual machines and LXC containers on Proxmox VE. Your customers create, reinstall, open the console and take backups themselves. You set the limits.

What can customers do in the VPS control panel?

Everything that would otherwise be a support ticket.

Run the server

Customers handle the daily work on their VPS without a ticket.

  • Start, stop and reboot
  • Reinstall from your OS templates: Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, Alma, Fedora, Windows and more
  • Reset the root password and add SSH keys
  • Mount an ISO image you approved
  • See CPU, RAM, disk and traffic

Fix it in the browser

When SSH is gone, the console still works.

  • An xterm.js terminal with copy and paste, or noVNC for the graphical screen
  • Snapshots before a risky change, and a rollback
  • Backups and restores of their own server
  • Firewall rules with presets
  • Upgrades and extra IPs from the shop

What you keep under control

Customers get freedom inside the limits you set, never beyond them.

  • Plans and limits

Cores, RAM, disk and monthly traffic per plan. Over the traffic limit, a server is notified, throttled or suspended.

  • Feature switches

Turn console, reinstall, snapshots, firewall, ISO and more on or off per customer or group.

  • Isolation between customers

Network isolation keeps customers apart, and every portal action checks ownership on the server.

  • Your own security

2FA, passkeys, step-up checks for risky actions, an audit log and login jails.

One page per VPS

Everything a customer needs for one server sits on its page.

Power and console

Start, stop, reboot and a browser console.

Reinstall

A fresh OS from your templates.

Snapshots and backups

Roll back or restore in a few clicks.

Rules with presets, per server.

Traffic and limits

Monthly traffic against the plan limit.

IP addresses

IPv4 and IPv6 from your IP zones.

Backups and snapshots

A broken update is a rollback, not a lost customer.

Snapshots

Customers take a snapshot before a change and roll back if it goes wrong, within the limit you set.

Proxmox Backup Server

Backups go to your PBS storage, with schedules, retention and encryption.

Customer backups

Customers back up and restore their own server in the portal.

Migration and failover

Move servers between hosts and clusters, and restore them on another host from backup when one fails.

Customers restore their own server. You keep the backup storage and the schedules.

Snapshot or backup?

How does it compare with Virtualizor, SolusVM and VirtFusion?

Those panels manage the servers. Billing and support usually come from another product.

  • Built for Proxmox VE only

KVM VMs and LXC containers on Proxmox, with its storage, clusters and HA.

  • Adopt, do not migrate

Add running nodes and their guests without a reinstall.

  • Billing and support included

Shop, Stripe and PayPal, VAT invoices and tickets in the same panel.

  • Flat price by node

No fee per VPS. A lapsed subscription falls back to the Community Edition.

VPS control panel FAQ

What is a VPS control panel?

It is the software that lets you and your customers run virtual servers without touching the hypervisor: create and delete servers, power them on and off, reinstall the OS, open a console, manage IP addresses, snapshots, backups and firewall rules, all scoped to the servers each customer owns.

Which virtualization does NexoVirt use?

Proxmox VE, with KVM virtual machines and LXC containers. You install Proxmox on your servers and NexoVirt on its own small VM or LXC; it then adopts your nodes and their running guests without a reinstall.

What can customers do themselves?

Start, stop and reboot, open an in-browser console, reinstall from your OS templates, reset the root password, add SSH keys, take snapshots and backups, mount ISOs, edit firewall rules, see traffic and usage, and order upgrades and extra IPs. You switch each feature on or off per customer or group.

How is it different from Virtualizor or SolusVM?

NexoVirt is built only for Proxmox VE and adds what those panels need extra software for: billing with Stripe and PayPal, VAT invoices, support tickets and provisioning of web hosting and game servers. It is priced flat by node count, with no per-VPS fees.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The Community Edition is free and self-hosted on up to 2 nodes with unlimited servers, including the customer portal, IPAM, backups and the REST API.

Can I sell VPS with it?

Yes. Plans set cores, RAM, disk and traffic; the built-in shop takes orders and payments and creates the server on a node with room. Resellers can sell under their own brand on the Unlimited plan.
