How to start a game server hosting business

You need a game panel, products and a way to take money. NexoVirt covers the last two.

  1. Connect your game panel

    Add your Pterodactyl or Pelican panel in a 3-step dialog. NexoVirt reads the eggs and builds the game catalog.

  2. Create your products

    Prices, billing periods, setup fees, and the games each product offers.

  3. Open the shop

    Customers pay with Stripe, PayPal or their balance. The game server is created after the payment.

How do I start a game server hosting business?

Run a Pterodactyl or Pelican panel on your servers, connect it to NexoVirt, create products with prices and the games they offer, and open the shop. Customers pay first and the game server is created on its own after the payment.

Which games can I sell?

The games your Pterodactyl or Pelican eggs provide. NexoVirt turns the eggs into one card per real game with its picture, such as Minecraft, Rust, Valheim or ARK, and you switch each one on or off.

Do I need my own servers?

Yes. NexoVirt is self-hosted and sells capacity you run yourself: your game panel and its nodes, and optionally Proxmox nodes for VPS and Plesk or HestiaCP servers for web hosting.

Can I sell VPS and web hosting next to game servers?

Yes. VPS on Proxmox, web hosting on Plesk and HestiaCP and game servers share one shop, one customer account and one invoice per payment.

What does it cost?

The shop and the provisioning modules come with the Business plan at EUR 79 a month for 20 nodes and the Unlimited plan at EUR 149 a month, prices incl. VAT. There is no fee per game server or per customer, and you can try Business for 14 days.
