Hosting automation from order to removal
The server follows the money. Nobody suspends or deletes anything by hand.
Due services renew from the balance or the gateway subscription.
Unpaid services are suspended at the paid date and resumed once paid.
Cancelled or unpaid services are removed after the grace days of the product.
A panel that does not answer is retried with growing pauses. You get an alert after repeated failures.
Customers cancel online and keep the server until the paid date. Germany's "cancel contracts here" page and the EU withdrawal waiver are built in.

What is hosting billing software?
It sells hosting products and collects the money: products with prices and billing periods, checkout, payments, invoices, renewals, suspension of unpaid services and removal at the end. NexoVirt builds this into the panel that also creates and runs the servers.
Which products can NexoVirt bill?
VPS on Proxmox VE, web hosting on Plesk and HestiaCP, game servers on Pterodactyl and Pelican, and other services that you deliver yourself through webhooks, the REST API or by hand.
What is hosting automation in NexoVirt?
Everything after the order happens on its own: the service is created after the payment, renewed from the balance or the gateway subscription, suspended when unpaid, resumed when paid and removed after the grace days.
Which payment methods are supported?
Card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal, as a subscription or prepaid per product, plus a prepaid customer balance. Other gateways are not supported.
Does it write invoices with VAT?
Yes. Every payment gets a numbered PDF invoice with domestic VAT, EU OSS rates, reverse charge for valid EU VAT IDs, export outside the EU or small-business status. Refunds get a credit note.
How is it priced?
By node count, never by client or service. The shop comes with Business at EUR 79 a month for 20 nodes and Unlimited at EUR 149 a month for unlimited nodes plus resellers, prices incl. VAT.
